Une vraie mafia qui ne respecte même pas une decision de la cour suite à une fraude de mettre cela en perte ! Envoie des agents au domicile faire du vandalisme et appels 50 fois par jours sur plusieurs numéros même s’il sont pas à ton nom ce qui posent des questions sur la sécurité de nos informations. Plusieurs fois cela en est venu au physique puisque l’agent sur place étais très violent verbalement et physiquement. Je n’ai eu aucun dossier suite à l’implication de la police ce groupe est une vrai mafia ! Renvoyer un agent encore et c'est un agent en moins no capping !

Awful people. Harass you. Even when you tell them you are not the person they are looking for. They call and don’t speak. They fill up the voicemail with empty blank air. If they are a legitimate collection agency they should already know your information. Calling when I’m driving. Calling when I’m in meetings. This is getting ridiculous.

Has an terrible attitude and very unpleasant to speak with doesn't matter if you are a credit recovery service or not I DON'T OWE BRANDON NOTHING AND HE WAS ACTING LIKE THE MONEY WAS HIS. Have some respect and manners when speaking to people. When we first spoke he was decent and told me two options said to call him back in 48 hours, but when I called back to speak to him today he was just rude and very harsh. The options he gave me the first time weren't even an option he gave today and he was so aggressive. Literally disgusted by him and this company to know they employ terrible people that don't know their job or proper customer service if i could give 0 stars I would

If I could give a zero-star review, I would. These people are SCAMMERS!! They advised me that I owed $11,000 from a Scotiabank line of credit when I had never banked with them in my life.

Do not ever give them your address, birthdate, or any other personal information. They should already have this information from the Creditor (Scotiabank). When I checked my credit report with TU and Equifax, it showed nothing registered. TOTAL SCAM!!

I would rate this with zero stars if able. First off Kayla Turcotte you and your staff need to stop contact immediately. I have blocked you and your organization and will continue to report to my legal counsel should you continue to fraudulently pursue me with threats.

You and your company have harassed me on behalf of my ex-husband’s debt. Not only am
I not legally responsible or required to pay back his debt (yes I’ve been speaking with my lawyer and under legal advisement have told me to not answer your calls anymore). You continue to try and bully me and are trying to use a name for me that doesn’t actually exist in the account. A cease and desist letter has been sent. You have committed fraud and it’s unacceptable.

these people are nasty, they call repeatedly with no explicit reason as to why they’re calling. Classic scamming. I had someone called asking me to reveal my identity before even answering why they’re calling me. Every time they call they don’t have a legitimate reason. They are harassing me and I’m sure a lot of other people.

I have told them multiple times I’m not the person they’re looking for. They sent me falsified court documents with a case number that doesn’t exist at all in the court records. How is any of this legal? They call for multiple numbers and leave voicemails you can barely understand. They’ll also call and claim to be “Christiansen Law Firm” which isn’t a practicing attorney, it’s a front for debt recovery. Disgusting tactics.
