Prior to onboarding with STAT, Robbyn confirmed in writing the features and capabilities of the platform and service. We were very clear and specific about what we wanted to accomplish, and she reassured us on multiple occasions that our requests were within scope. After signing on, Robbyn continued to confirm that particular requests were within scope, and then when we would submit the content, she would act as if she had no idea what we were referring to. On multiple occasions she told us we needed to upgrade to a more expensive plan, when she had previously confirmed in writing that the functionality or service we were requesting was included in our current plan. When we submitted the last bit of content to Robbyn to upload, she replied and abruptly ended our access to the platform and stated that we were "just not understanding the service we offer." When I referenced the email she had sent us confirming the content was within scope and asked for a refund since she was terminating our account her response was "take care." She kept all of our money and we never registered a single user for the platform. I strongly recommend you look elsewhere.
