I to wished that I had used another company. I have 2 ongoing claims for Unfair Relationship/Secret Commissions, One has now been passed to their a member of their Panel of Solicitors who also seem to be a waste of time. They appear to have done nothing as they in their words need to sort out a policy to protect me from costs. I always thought NO WIN NO FEE as Queensbeck would be taking 35% + VAT on any win. Seems now that as a claimant you incur additional costs if referred to their panel of solicitors. I have NO FAITH in therm at all .. AVOID

I have had negative views about this company from inception when they employed a 3rd party for unfair relationship and commission claims I had on secured loans, and I was lied to by the 3rd party about resolution times (currently 18 months and counting) and they also misfiled much of my evidence which is poor house keeping.

I have recently had an unfair relationship claim transferred to external legal council who have advised me to take out insurance and may incur other 3rd party fees if I were to proceed, on top of the 40% fee they take (+ VAT) on a no win-no fee basis. Absolutely none of this was explained by Queensbeck at inception or during the 18 months they had the case, which is shoddy at best and unprofessional, in not providing their client transparency and all the potential information so the customer can have a fully informed view.

Yesterday (20 Nov 2017), the external legal council called me to ask whether I had received their papers and they were met with a barrage of questions, including if I sign their contract, does that mean the one with Queensbeck is automatically terminated as they didn't win the case or am I still liable for their fees for the work they completed ? These are big questions as client could potentially be LOOSING money even if they win the court case, as the two sets of fees (one to legal council, one to Queensbeck + VAT) and any insurances & 3rd party fees could exceed the award at court.... of course no one at the legal firm had considered this and are currently investigating.... as for Queensbeck, I called their 0800 number yesterday and today both times going to voicemail and their website is non existent when you attempt to open it on-line.....interesting customer service for a eye watering 40% +VAT !

I submitted a claim a 1year and 3 months ago still no resolution, no regular updates, I have had to continually chase the only letters sent to me are to not to speak to my lenders direct. If I was synical person it could make me think they have gained money and just not passed it on. I'd like my faith restored that I should have picked another company.

27 months wasted while they twiddled their thumbs before passing this onto someone else. Please avoid like the plague, promise the earth, sound like they know what they're doing, the reality is somewhat different.
They deliver little. Awful communication, zero help had to keep asking what was going on only to get stock answers and no help. in the end they handed the PLEVIN case over to someone else who we have never heard of nor can get any sort of idea how competent they are.

Got PLEVIN? suggest you look elsewhere.

Absolute waste of time. Once initial paperwork was sent back in June 2017, I've not heard ANYTHING from them. When trying to call for an update, no advisers available and leave a message. I have left 16 messages and still no call back (let alone trying to speak to a human being). I wouldn't even consider these 'professionals' to clean a toilet, let alone act on my behalf in legal or financial matters.

I have tried to contact this claims firm 3 or 4 times today 5/9/17 not answering phone and not getting back to me. I cannot find a proper landline number for them just the 0800 number!! Is this a legitimate company
