The staff there was nice, but I went in to get a cashiers check for a large sum of money and the individual who worked with me did not ask for any form of identification, just asked my account number which could be easily found. Very concerning, hopefully that doesn’t happen to someone else because she gave me a very large cashiers check with no form of ID and never even asked me for my name.

HORRIBLE !!!!!! Will pull out eventually, relocating funds attached to payments and cards is a difficult and annoying thing to have to do. Mt. Olive branch is the worst. A few weeks ago ran in on my lunch hour. Two tellers both busy with lengthy customer conversations regarding loans. The woman I believe was the manager sitting in her office sat scrolling through her phone laughing and ignoring me and the two other customers now waiting. When I asked if she could help she said no one else was working. She went behind the counter and miraculously two more employees were present. After waiting for 12 minutes things started to move. Lack of professionalism is astounding. This manager should be demoted or replaced. My sister had accounts here as well. The tellers continually screwed up deposits leaving one of us with no money while the other had more than expected. A few years back on a holiday weekend they shut down my debit and credit card and said they couldn't help as it was a few minutes before closing and I was calling and couldn't get to them before closing, IT department was gone. I sat home for the weekend alone, friends were already on their way. They could only replace the deposit I had put down on the rental. I have called with complaints many times but can never get through to upper management as the screw ups never put calls through.

We transferred our money here about a year ago. They were very helpful and made the process very easy!!! The only complaint we have is the it is difficult for more than 1 person to use the app on different devices when you have a shared account. Even with that we have been able to talk to a person each time we had any issues.

Never had a bad experience. Fraud department is extremely on point. Just make sure you call before you order flight tickets and fill out the appropriate paperwork before using your card internationally! Great interest rates on loans and credit cards. Free checking. After-hours deposits.
