Pour le paiement ils sont les premiers a vous contacter mais une fois c'est fait c'est la galère impossible de répondre à un de vos mail, ils s'ent foutent carrément.

If anyone reading this from overseas or inside canada. I’m there client since December 2022 Please be aware there you will never get to know what’s happening with your application. Zero transparency! I tried to get hold of people working there but they ONLY AVAILABLE on Email. Even if there is an urgency they tell you to email. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED at all. We need to talk to our representative when we need especially during working hours. Sending email to them doesn’t always helpful when you need to know something very urgent. Thats the law and we have right to know whats is happening with our application.

Update 2: Eventually the rep we were trying to get a response from forwarded our emails over to a colleague who has been more helpful and better with replies. I've had a lot of messages where people have said they've sent the $5000 deposit and not heard back, so just be prepared to wait 2 weeks or more before they'll reply after you pay them. Our PERM should be submitted this month so I'll update as we go!

I sent the payment to begin the eb-3 process over a week ago and I haven't heard back, despite asking through 3 different channels for an update. If someone sends you quite a few thousand via international transfer it's nice to update the client that you have received the money and what you will be doing next. It's a big leap of faith to send a large amount when there are scams circulating and anyone can make a company website & social media pages.

Received responses within a few hours - 2 days when I was asking initial questions but since paying it's gone quiet.

Update: Silence between the 4th and the 18th of may, they confirmed they had received payment but nothing else. I asked where we're at with the process on may 24th and when we can expect to hear back and it's been 9 days and no reply.

We haven't even been told if the job we enquired about on May 4th is still available, let alone if we have had an application submitted for it.

We feel out of the loop and don't feel entirely reassured that this isn't a scam. Really hoping that any question we ask doesn't have a 2-week waiting period for a reply.
