Vincent and his team helped me through the entire gut renovation process, which included permits with notoriously finicky Eastchester/Bronxville, architect work to tear town walls, a complete electrical rewiring, leveling the ceilings, leveling the floors, removing non load-bearing walls, soundproofing the ceiling, soundproofing the floor, installing new premium appliances, complete repainting, installing new luxury fixtures and custom tile work my brother designed in the bathroom, installing a custom herringbone pattern design in the kitchen, all new doors, all new radiator covers (custom made), new custom cabinets with glass doors, custom glass shower doors, new LED lights overhead and in closets, and the very best attention to detail in every possible way. I remain highly satisfied with their work. All the subcontractors and team were professional, courteous, and responsible. When we moved into our new home in 2019, CDC did two great projects. The kitchen cabinets and surrounding areas were wood, and my wife wanted the whole kitchen to be white. CDC came in and carefully removed all of the doors and hardware, sanded everything down, and carefully applied multiple applications of white to all of the surfaces, doors and cabinets over a period of about two weeks. The CDC team was talented and easy to work with and the kitchen came out beautifully. The second project was even more inspiring. We had a beautiful porch with an overhang but had dreams of turning it into a screened in porch. CDC did all of the design and custom work, strengthened the foundation, repaired weaknesses in the gutters and support columns and created a beautiful screened in porch that has become one our favorite rooms in the house. We would recommend them highly.

We recently completed two projects in New Rochelle, NY with CDC Design,
Mr. Vincent Franco’s company.

We planned a small guest room and bathroom addition to our home, and during
the project it led to another mid-size project of rehabilitating our basement, just
because of circumstances and convenience.

Many people tell stories of what a nightmare it was working with a contractor that they
engaged or selected for a job and it’s true, you never know what you’re going to get
until you do the job.

We were one of the lucky ones with our selection of CDC. Just a pleasure!

We interviewed 3 different contractors for our project, and all of them seemed very
qualified, it was very difficult to choose, so it came down to price, and gut feeling.

I have said all along that I picked the right “guy” after initially meeting Vincent when he
first visited my home for the first viewing of the project, along with our architect, the same
day that two other contractors arrived as well.

During his walk through of our house, Vincent noticed that our clothes dryer vent was not
attached to the back of the dryer, and he got down on his knees, pulled the dryer off of the
basement wall, got all dirty, and realigned and attached the vent back to the dryer.

He did not have to do that and I told him so, but he did anyway, with a smile.

That did it, that sold me on him, he was just a guest looking at a job and he took the time to do this.

I said to myself, he’s the real deal! And we selected CDC over two other competitors.

I can’t say enough about the enjoyment that we received on this project from Vincent, his foreman Ronny,
and his colleague Wendy, always in contact with us through emails, text and phone, always coming
to the house to enjoy the forward progress and see what needs to be addressed every day.

Their staff and sub-contractors, concrete guys, framing guys, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters,
flooring guys……all of them were true craftsmen! Friendly, knowledgeable, hard-working, clean. All of his
people enjoyed the work that they did, and maybe that’s the difference between his people, and others.

Their staff worked the project almost every single day, friendly, honest caring men, we just left the
front door unlocked for three months and the staff came and went as they wanted, and they were in
and out in just 90 days from start to finish.

They covered all of our floors with paper and material tarps, and cleaned up every night, sweeping and
vacuuming our floors, and left our house clean and spotless, every day. Amazing!

The project costs came in as expected, no extras and no surprises, even a few credits that most contractors
might overlook. We paid at the end what Vincent proposed at the beginning.

I have to say that it was a lot of fun for me and my wife to go through the building process of the addition,
and the redo of the basement.

I enjoyed every moment of the project from foundation to roof, and our addition looks like a palace, and our
basement looks like a brand new usable functional living space. They just did beautiful work.

I can recommend CDC Design highly because of our great experience with them, and if you are looking
for a great contractor for your project that is friendly, honest, caring and smiling too, who will also be by
your side every day from beginning to end, be sure to consult with Vincent Franco about your project when
it comes time for selection. He is the “real deal.”
