This company is a scam. Susan Casias is nuts and treats people bad and talks down on her sales reps. They changed the name because the company had terrible reviews. They changed the company’s to Epiphany Properties. Do not use this company or you’ll be sorry..

Vultures! Came to my door without first reaching out and cornered me into making an appointment that I did not want to make. When I had to cancel due to resolving the issue on our own, Susan was rude and hung up on me. If I were to need those kinds of services, I will certainly never use them.

Christian Consultants are only using the word Christianity to appeal to us tender hearted individuals who trust God to help us work situations out. They took my home, bullied me, lied and deceived me, and now she has amnesia regarding our original deal. They took my home and sold it. I need an attorney who can help me with this fraudulent company out there taking people's home. May the Lord help all of us who have been scammed by this ungodly company using the word Christianity.

Susie has terrible customer service skills. She's a bully! Treating people like stupid doesn't do well. For me it would have been nice to have the full processed explained up front. Instead I had threats hurled at me and was treated very inconsiderately. The impression given is the company only cares about profit.

This company helped my friend, and provided a real solution for her. They made sure she found a place she liked and could afford. I think that's admirable in a time when people need that kind of assistance.

Any law firms against these crooks ? There’s tons ready to join in to sue this terrible company. Pls get ahold of me, I know of some already! These ppl aren’t real Christian’s and it’s time someone puts a stop to this !
