The team at the Chievres branch was highly professional in helping me process a vehicle loan. They had a personalized level of customer service versus other loan providers, worked on a first-name basis, and were both flexible and responsive. The staff at Andrews FCU was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Natasha helped me open three separate and somewhat complicated accounts in a short amount of time. Other staff members came over to provide additional information about the friend referral program. This promotional program provided bonus funds into our accounts. Definitely worth the trip to Andrews FCU.
