Katie was amazing. We talked on the phone for about 15 minutes. She asked all the right questions and had great recommendations on places to visit. She took us to the facilities, one small and one large. The small one was a perfect fit for my mother.
I am very experienced with assisted living facilities; my mother has been in two, one in CA and one in FL. The one in FL was a nightmare. I pulled her out and moved her into a mobile home in our community. Sadly, after a year, her care is more than we can handle. Katie was the answer to our prayers. I did not want to visit multiple sites only to be disappointed again by a beautiful building with terrible client care.
