They have treated me as part of the family and shows much compassion for how we feel going through a bad experience. I had a wonderful experience today with Stephanie, Tony and Kai. They all listened attentively and repeated statements when asked. I felt absolutely no pressure and everything was explained clearly. I would highly recommend this company if you are considering getting rid of your timeshare. I appreciated their time and effort. I'm feeling like a breath of fresh air has come my way after getting hooked into another upgrade with the same timeshare company. I don't think I'll be buying another and I'm looking forward to success with Alpha.

So far so good. Aware of time constraints, professional and apparently well experienced. Like other similar industries a small tendency to over egg reminders in the direction of harassment but this is the best experience so far.

Everyone I spoke to is courteous, knowledgable and willing to work with a unique situation. The. Explanation is very clear. This is the only company that offer guarantee. They assigned me a specific case mgr with a direct contact #. They offer the 3rd party company helping with credit repair. I’ve spoken to several Time share cancellation companies. They are scammer as well. Be very careful out there.

So far so good but we are just getting started. The folks that I've spoken with have been friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and caring. I hope and pray they will be able to cancel our timeshare and get the maintenance fees removed.

Was pleasantly greeted by the agents and answered my questions readily. They made sure all my information was correct and then helped me through having to verify bank information and not losing contact with them on the phone at the same time. It was a learning curve for this old lady; but a nice experience. Most helpful with all of it. I would hope all of their customers receive this kind of treatment and be put at ease in trying to close out their timeshare. Glad I talked with them. Looking forward to resolution of this timeshare.
